Well hello, new year =
new meal plans.
This week, it was time to get my A** back in gear.
Workouts completed this week = 5 (doubled up Wed). I signed up for Beach
Body on Demand and have been doing Country Heat - which is a low impact
aerobic dancing along with my Zumba game- FUN!
I've stayed within my points EVERY DAY this week and I weigh in tomorrow! I've been loading up on fruit in the am, snacking on almonds and making salad for lunch so I've had higher point dinners. My plan to shed these pesky 15 lbs is well on it's way!

? SP Meal - Shrimp Stir Fry, lots of veggies over Ramen Noodles (no MSG packet) - Haven't figured out details yet...but should be around 9 SP?
